Registering 

If you wish, you can arrive 10 minutes before your desired lesson is due to start and fill out the registration form in person at the academy. If there is a space available then you can start there and then!  The PDF registration form (found here) is the exact document you will be asked to fill out so feel free to look through it now. Alternatively, you can print it, complete it, sign, date it and then either post it to us using the address at the bottom of the page or bring it along in person on at the next lesson to save time.

 

There is reference to our Terms, Conditions and Information Sheet within the Registration Form.  Please note that when you sign the form, you enter into a contract with us.  Failure to comply with these terms may result in your removal from our registers.  Please carefully read through the below document before proceeding with registration.
