Upon completion and submission of your form, you ahould receive an automatic response email that contains your student reference number and an outline of the choices you have submitted. We will then be in contact within a few days to let you know if a place is available and at what time your lesson will be.
We may need to ask you a few more questions via email before we finalise your regestration with us.
Can't find the right lesson?
If we are not offering a lesson in the instrument you are interested in, this form also enables you to make requests about other instruments or join a waiting list for an unlisted instrument.
Made a mistake on your form?
Don't worry! Use your student reference number (provided on the email you will be automatically sent) to send us an email at the bottom of the page with the subject line, "CANCEL REGISTRATION OF [reference number]". Please also provide a short message of why you wish to cancel your registration.
